Please join us to discuss unlocking our collective potential for healing and transformation by examining the past, acknowledging the present and joining forces as agents of change in Christ for our future.

This invitation-only event is designed for Central Valley area pastors and other leaders to talk about healing and transformation in their communities. The event is free, but reservations are required.

Pastor D.J. Criner served as children and youth pastor at Greater Faith Missionary Baptist Church in Stockton and Saint Rest Baptist Church in 51ΑΤΖζ prior to becoming the senior pastor of Saint Rest in 2013. He is involved in many church, community and state organizations/initiatives including a youth center and park, a food hub, an economic development corporation and a partnership to construct a cell phone tower at the church. He has served on the 51ΑΤΖζ Planning Commission, the Central Valley Community Foundation, Mayor Jerry Dyer’s Task Force, Governor Gavin Newsom’s Faith and Clergy COVID Task Force, and the California Racial and Identity Profiling Advisory (RIPA) Board. After studying sociology at 51ΑΤΖζ State, he earned a B.A. in Business Administration: Organizational Leadership from FPU. He is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity degree at 51ΑΤΖζ Pacific Biblical Seminary. D.J.’s wife, Jessica Lauren (β€œLady J”), is a licensed marriage and family therapist and leads the Saint Rest Mental Wellness Ministry. They have three daughters.
